How shipping works
- 01
Preparation
Prepare the manifest: unique references, country, pieces and mapping to international and local numbers. Agree cancelled or held shipments separately.
- 02
Planning & handling
At each handover, agree owners, date, piece list and supporting record. Customs release, warehouse transfer and carrier acceptance are separate events.
- 03
Dispatch & handover
Compare expected and observed references. Assign an owner and next action for missing, extra, duplicate or case-variant records; a text comparison does not verify physical acceptance.
What to prepare
- Destination country, city, postcode and delivery format.
- Precise goods description, quantity, value and currency.
- Carton count, outer dimensions and packed weights.
- Ready date, suppliers and responsible contact.
