Before dispatch
List each supplier, order, goods, cartons, expected arrival and domestic tracking. Agree the receiving address and reference with the team.
Partial receiving
Separate expected and received cartons. If the final supplier is late, agree whether to wait or ship partially; the first delivery does not complete the batch.
Final preparation
After repacking, record new carton references, counts, weights and dimensions. Retain the mapping to original orders for discrepancy review.
